The entrance to Binbrook Views is on Diamond Swamp Road, (Meadow Flat) about 200m before Eusdale road, on the right, when you approach from the highway, and 200m after Eusdale road, on the left, when approaching from Tarana.

The cottage has parking at the door.

There are 2 bedrooms –  a Queen room and a Split King room.

Sheets and towels are supplied and included in the tariff. All beds have a mattress protector, a warm doona, pillows and plenty of blankets to keep you warm.

There is a bathroom with a shower, basin, mirror and toilet and a laundry area with a basin, mirror and a dryer.

There is a well equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, electric stove top and oven, microwave, and electric frying pan. There is an open living area with a dining table that seats 4 people and a long lounge chair facing the view.

 

There is a combustion fireplace. Timber is supplied and included in the tariff. There is also reverse cycle airconditioning.

The front verandah area is inviting and the views are amazing. It may only be a cold wind that draws you away from here.

       

        

              

     

The property itself consists of 17 acres. The owners live in the main house, about 200m away. The cottage has complete privacy as you cannot see the main house from the cottage.

There are sheep and 2 alpacas on the property. 

                     

You can walk around the property and head down to the creek which is about 500m away.
