Binbrook is situated in Meadow Flat, NSW, which is centrally located between Lithgow, Bathurst and Oberon.
It is the name of a beautiful property that has a newly built 2 bedroom cottage and 17 acres to enjoy.
The owners, Peter and Carolyn, purchased the property in October 2017 after falling in love with it at first sight. Not only were the beautiful views a wow factor but the property has a peace and calm to it that is soothing for the soul.
The name ‘Binbrook’ means a little stream of refreshing water…
…and that is the hope, that after a few days here, in respite from the busyness of life, one may feel refreshed.
In 2021 Carolyn and Peter moved into the cottage to live. They worked tirelessly for 12 months to gain permission to build some holiday accommodation on the hill. This new build is now complete and available for rent from September 2022 . It has uninterrupted views down the valley and is hidden from the main house, with its own driveway.
